Developer Icon Sets: Collection of the best free to both personal & commercial use Icon sets

Maybe you’ve seen a lot of free Icons so far. But you know most of them are just free to personal use and if you’re making some commercial products like premium WordPress themes, most of the free icons you’ve seen are not free to commercial use.
I was setting up my toolkit for designing some premium commercial WordPress themes. so I decided to collect some free to commercial use icon sets under the license GPL, LGPL or Creative Commons.
Here I’m going to share the list with you.
